Choose a market and understand odds
When you enter the sports betting section on crickex, you will see a list of sports on the left — cricket, football, tennis and more. Clicking on any match opens all the markets for that match: match winner, total runs, handicap and so on.
Odds can be displayed in three formats — decimal, fractional and American. crickex generally uses decimal format, which is easy to understand. Example: Team A to win — decimal 2.50, fractional 3/2, American +150. All three represent the same probability.
Bet on Team A to win, stake ৳200: decimal 2.50 = fractional 3/2 = American +150. If the bet wins, return is ৳500 (৳300 profit + ৳200 stake). If the bet loses, ৳200 is gone.
Bet on Team B to win: decimal 1.50 = fractional 1/2 = American -200. American minus odds mean how much stake is needed to win 100. With a ৳200 stake, return is ৳300 (৳100 profit).

Bet Slip: Single and Multi Bets
Clicking on a selection adds it to the bet slip. The bet slip appears on the right side of the screen (at the bottom on mobile). Enter your stake and the potential return is calculated automatically.
Single Bet
Betting on one selection only is a single bet. It is the simplest type of bet — if that selection is correct, you receive a return.
Team A 1.65, Team B 2.30. ৳500 bet on Team B. If Team B wins, return is ৳1,150 (৳650 profit). If Team A wins, you lose ৳500.
Multi Bet (Multiple Selections)
Adding more than one selection to the bet slip at the same time creates a multi bet. All selections are combined, so the potential return is higher — but if one selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost.
Three selections — 1.50, 1.70 and 1.90. Combined odds: 1.50 × 1.70 × 1.90 = 4.84. ৳100 stake returns ৳484 — but all three must win; if one loses, the full ৳100 is gone.
How Bets Work in Sports and Casino Games
Betting on crickex is divided into two main categories — sports betting and casino games. In sports betting, you can place bets before a match starts (pre-match) or while the game is in progress (in-play). In in-play betting, odds change quickly, so decisions need to be made fast.
